We are an independent, nondenominational and pragmatic Zen Buddhist sangha in Glasgow, making Zen practice available to people with lives that don’t allow them to go on lengthy retreats. All those who wish to live the way of wisdom, compassion and enlightenment are welcome to practice with us.
OUR WEEKLY MEETING IS TEMPORARILY ON HOLD. WE EXPECT TO RESUME SOON. WATCH THIS SPACE, OR SUBSCRIBE TO OUR NEWSLETTER, FOR DETAILS.
Each meeting consists of two sitting meditations, broken up by one short walking meditation, followed by a Dharma talk and questions. Dokusan is usually available. There is a short chanting service at the beginning and end of each meeting.
There is no charge to attend any of our meetings, but donations are gratefully accepted.
For more information, see our F.A.Q, or contact us, or subscribe to our newsletter.
